Kategorii Zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 banka roku vyhr\u00e1la Moneta, zat\u00edmco AirBank se stala v\u00edt\u011bzem kategorie Banka z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, kterou metodikou KPMG Nunwood vyhodnocuje poradensk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost KPMG \u010cesk\u00e1 republika.<\/p>\n

Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch faktor\u016f, na kter\u00e9 se experti p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159ili, byly inovace a nov\u00e9, progresivn\u00ed postupy. \u201e\u010cesk\u00e9 banky se v minul\u00e9m roce zam\u011b\u0159ily na implementaci mnoha zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch inovac\u00ed, mnoho z nich se \u010dasto odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 na pozad\u00ed, a p\u0159itom hraj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam v bezpe\u010dnosti. Hodnotili jsme ale i inovativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd a viditeln\u00fd vliv na komfort klient\u016f. Dlouhodob\u00fdm trendem je celkov\u00fd d\u016fraz na jednoduchou digitalizaci slu\u017eeb v oblasti servisu klient\u016f a proaktivn\u011b se \u0159e\u0161\u00ed i spole\u010densk\u00fd dopad a udr\u017eitelnost. Mix v\u0161ech t\u011bchto hlavn\u00edch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed porota zohlednila p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru v\u00edt\u011bz\u016f, zam\u011b\u0159ili jsme se na efektivitu, rychlost a skute\u010dn\u00fd dopad pro klienta<\/em>,\u201c zhodnotil gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Mastercard pro \u010ceskou republiku a Slovensko Michal \u010carn\u00fd.<\/p>\n
